Our quality standards include inspecting chemicals at every stage of production, verifying equipment accuracy, and using electrochemical testing equipment to test anode durability and dimensional accuracy.

Titanium mesh
We use high-purity GR1 titanium plates to stamp into titanium mesh, giving customers longer durability
annealing
Own equipment, full control of annealing temperature and annealing market, to ensure the dimensional stability of the substrate and avoid subsequent deformation
Leveling
Achieve high-precision and smooth appearance on the basis of stable substrate, thereby increasing the service life of precious metal coating by 50%~200%
Shape processing
We use high-precision laser cutting machines to cut titanium substrates, giving customers a better assembly experience.

We use finer grain brown corundum sand blasting to make the coating and substrate bond more tightly.

Solution preparation
High purity ≥99.9% precious metal raw materials, in accordance with precise proportions and strict adherence to scientific liquid preparation procedures, to produce industrial titanium anodes that can withstand high currents
Brush coating
Workers use acid- and alkali-resistant nylon bristle brushes without loose hairs. The painting techniques are strictly evaluated. Every painting is a fusion of art and precision engineering.

The core challenge of sintering titanium anode coatings is to prevent oxidation/contamination. Precise control of temperature and time is a key step in achieving active coating and final electrode performance.
electroplating
Achieve precise control of plating solution composition + impurity monitoring, stable real-time control of current density in electroplating, and successfully produce high-quality lead dioxide titanium anodes
Welding
The coating area is absolutely isolated, the welding temperature and current are strictly controlled, and the welders are specially trained to ensure the integrity of the coating.
MMO TITANIUM ANODE
We customize MMO titanium anodes in various sizes, coating thicknesses (6-20μm), precious metal ratios, and service lives (2-50 years).
Platinized titanium anode
We can customize platinum-coated titanium anodes in various sizes and coating thicknesses (0.2~10μm).
lead dioxide titanium anodes
We customize lead dioxide titanium anodes in various sizes and coating thicknesses (0.8~4mm).
